We currently had a forehead thermometer but the swiping across the forehead can be a bit tricky with a wiggly baby, so I couldn't wait to try this one! I noticed a couple of nice features right away. First, being that you can turn it to silent so there are no beeps if you are checking on a sleeping baby. I also loved the fact that it lights up either green, yellow , or red depending on the temperature. It is also super fast so you only need a couple seconds to get the reading.
The no touch element is nice if you are trying not to wake a child but I love that it can also be used on the forehead. Amelia loved testing it out but wanted to put it to her forehead. Unlike our other forehead thermometer this one requires no swiping, just a quick touch to the forehead and done! I am so happy we had the chance to test this thermometer, it is definitely my new favorite. This would make a great gift for new moms or a must have for a baby registry!
Disclosure- I received this product free of charge from Influenster for reviewing purposes. All opinions are my own and I recieved no monetary compensation.
Oh, I see that this thermometer is really great because a lot of moms are using them now. I'd like to ask, what's the difference between this thermometer and the ones that's in the market?

For those who may have undertaken a little research, you may have noticed that Braun, the company to that embraced infrared technology also manufactures an FHT1000 forehead thermometer. The great thing about this thermometer is just how simple it is to use to take temperature measurements. It has an ergonomically designed handle and it allows temperature measurements to be recorded in less than three seconds.
ReplyDeleteAnother great feature of the FHT1000 is the color coding of the display screen. Once a measurement has been taken, the display provides instant fever detection with a green screen indicating ‘no fever’, a yellow screen indicating a slightly higher temperature, and a red color showing the presence of fever.
