I joined Influenster back in September and this month I was picked for my first voxbox!! I was pretty excited when I got the email. Influenster is an online community where people review products and share their opinions on brands. Every so often Influenster sends out a voxbox full of products for people to try complimentary products in exchange for reviews on the products. You are not guaranteed a voxbox it is just an extra bonus of being involoved! Anyways onto my box...
When I first saw the box I was wondering what the fit into such a small box but I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it! I liked the mix of products they sent to try.
Skinny Cow Divine Chocolates ($3.99) - Alright when I saw they fit an entire box of skinny cow candies into this box I was super excited! I love Skinny Cow candy but I have never tried this kind before, it is awesome in case you were wondering. There are three squares in every package which is a nice amount of candy in one sitting and they are only 130 calories so thats a bonus.
Rimmel London Show Off Lip Lacquer ($5.49) - This is a new product that combines the color of a lipstick with the shine of a lip gloss. While this particular color is not for me, I love the feel of this on my lips!! It is soft and smooth and not at all sticky. It really has a rich color and I would definitely pick up a different shade :-)
NYC HD Color Trio Eye Colour ($2.99) - I really like the colors in this palette. They glide on smoothly and are a nice neutral look. It says this is a smokey eye palette, however The colors are very light so I do not think they would be dark enough to do a smokey eye. Maybe if you wet it with water? For me that does not matter since I do not usually do a smokey eye and these colors work quite well for me.
Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong to go pack ($0.49) - While this isn't the most exciting part of the box it is very practical. I needed a new pack for my purse so these went straight in there. I like the puffs brand and I am glad they included it.
Ducklings Mini Rolls ($2) - These little rolls are great to have around. The cute designs make this an option for crafting purposes as well as repairs.
Those were the contents of my Jolly VoxBox. As you can see there was a nice mix of different products to try. My favorites were the chocolate and the eye trio. (Seriously what woman wouldn't want chocolate and makeup to try). Influenster kindly sent me this box of complimentary products to review and if you would like to become a member of the Influenster community just head on over to their site.
